Care is available on an extremely flexible basis... 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, on an hourly, over-night, or live-in basis. Work schedules may be regular or sporadic and revolve around our clients' particular needs. Hired Hands is responsible for all employer-related functions, including wages, taxes, insurance, bonding, and Workers' Compensation.
We pay our employees weekly, based on a timecard system. Clients are invoiced weekly for the amount of service received. Hired Hands accepts payment by check or credit card. Our services are also reimbursed by many Long Term Care Insurance policies. We are glad to assist in ascertaining eligibility and providing required documentation.
Hand-picked Staffing
Our Home Support Service Coordinators are truly skilled in assessing our clients' specific needs. Hired Hands carefully handpicks care providers whose skills match those particular needs. Our entire staff is experienced, qualified, closely managed, and thoroughly screened (including Criminal Background), insured, and bonded.
The success of our organization is born out of the competence and compassion of our caregivers--and the unique relationship between our coordinators, our clients, and these dedicated individuals.
Coordination
Quality service and customer satisfaction are the cornerstones of our success. In addition to our many private clients, we receive referrals and work cooperatively with local hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social service agencies.
